JAE PROPERTIES, INC. has successfully  managed over 2,000 units of family, elderly and cooperative housing  over the past two decades. As specialists in the management of  low and moderate income rental properties, JAE has developed  cost-effective systems for maintaining the physical and financial  integrity of residential housing projects, including initial  occupancy procedures, staffing/training, financial reporting  and resident-owner-management relations. Property management  is the cornerstone of the services of JAE Properties.

A significant portion of the management  inventory of JAE Properties was merged into the 2,300 rental  unit inventory of Gateway Property Management Company which was  sold by JAE PROPERTIES, INC. This Bay Area company is successfully  managing units in eight states by utilizing techniques which  have evolved in part from JAE's previous housing management experience.

JAE served as the property manager of EC Reems Gardens, a 120 unit rehabilitation of an existing 140 unit property.  The property was converted to a Low Income Housing Tax Creidt project in January 1997.  JAE performed the initial lease up and certification of the residents and provided management through to occupancy stabilization, for a total of 38 months.
